A financial services firm needed to match clients to the right lending products across a complex landscape: unsecured loans, asset finance, commercial mortgages, bridging, development finance, invoice finance, and more. Brokers were spending hours manually comparing criteria across 20+ lenders. New team members took months to develop the intuition needed to make accurate matches.

The platform includes an AI-powered document parser that extracts lender criteria from uploaded PDFs, images, and documents into structured data with confidence scoring.

Client communication moved from scattered emails and ad-hoc calls to a single, always-current dashboard. The consulting engagement gained structure and transparency. New clients can be onboarded in under 5 minutes via SQL commands. No complex admin interface needed.

A manufacturing group hiring a critical Sales Manager needed structured onboarding immediately, not a folder of PDFs. The existing HR policy was buried in 6 Word documents.

A comprehensive onboarding dashboard with 5 phases, module cards with owner badges, interactive checklists, progress tracking, and review checkpoints. Built from existing HR policy documents.

A manufacturing group hiring a new Sales Manager needed structured onboarding immediately, not a folder of PDFs and "ask someone." The role was critical, the probation period was 6 months, and the existing HR onboarding policy existed as 6 Word documents that nobody had turned into an operational tool. The new hire needed to understand a complex sales process, learn product knowledge across multiple divisions, and hit targets fast.
What was built: detail
A comprehensive single-file onboarding dashboard with 5 phases (Pre-Start through Week 12), module cards with owner badges tracking who's responsible for each element, interactive checklists, expandable knowledge sections, and notes fields. Progress tracking at both module and overall level with visual progress bars. Review checkpoints at Week 1, Week 4, and Week 12 (mid-probation). Core company values mapped throughout. Save/load via localStorage with JSON file backup/restore. All built from the company's existing HR policy documents, turning static Word docs into an interactive operational tool.
The difference
What existed as 6 disconnected Word documents became a live, interactive onboarding tracker that both the new hire and their manager could use daily. Progress was visible at a glance. Nothing fell through the cracks. The Commercial Manager could track exactly where onboarding stood without asking. Built and deployed the same day the requirement was raised.
