What the work looks like
We start with a professional assessment called the iEQ9. It maps your core motivations, your instinctual patterns, where you hold strain, how you communicate, how you handle conflict, and where your blind spots sit. The report alone is over 40 pages, covering everything from decision-making and leadership style to the specific ways stress reshapes your behaviour.
But the report is a starting point, not the destination. The real work happens in our sessions together, where we explore what it reveals and what it misses. You may recognise yourself immediately. You may push back on parts of it. Both responses are useful.
The Enneagram is not a tool for putting people in boxes. It is a map for getting out of the one your personality already built. It works when you choose it, and it deepens when you bring your own honesty to it.

- Three sessions together to explore what the assessment surfaces, observe the patterns in real life, and decide whether deeper work would serve you
- A clear next step after the third session we talk about what, if anything, comes next. No pressure, no upsell. Just an honest conversation
Some people get what they need from the three sessions. Some choose to continue. That decision happens naturally, based on what emerges.
Why this works where other approaches have not
Most development focuses on behaviour: what to do differently in meetings, how to give better feedback, which leadership model to adopt. That has its place. But if you have ever done the training, understood the model, agreed with it completely, and then found yourself doing the same thing you always do under pressure, you already know the limitation.
The Enneagram works at a different level. It illuminates motivation, not just behaviour. Why certain situations trigger certain responses. Why some conversations feel harder than they should. What shifts when you see the pattern clearly enough to choose something different.
I have studied this framework for years, including extended in-person study in South Africa under one of the most respected teachers in the field. I bring that depth to every session, alongside 23 years of commercial leadership. This is not academic. It is practical, personal, and grounded in real experience of leading people and building businesses.
