Fractional roles

Fractional executive roles

I take on a small number of retained executive roles as Managing Director, Sales Director or Commercial Director. I've held all three, and I continue to hold executive roles alongside my coaching work.

My fractional roles are full at the moment, but I'm always happy to talk about what's coming up

Non-executive director roles

I'm open to a small number of non-executive director roles, where my experience on boards and in the Managing Director, Sales Director and Commercial Director seats can support a leadership team without a day-to-day commitment. If that would be useful to your business, I'd be glad to talk.

When a fractional leader fits

A fractional role suits a business that needs an experienced leader for a defined period, where a full-time appointment isn't the right answer yet. That might be a time of change, a gap at the top that needs filling with care, or a business that is ready to grow and wants someone who has been through it before.

How these roles work

Engagements are retained, usually for a set number of days a week over an agreed period, with a review built in so we can decide together what happens next. Because I keep the number of these roles small, I'm not always free to take a new one on, but I'm always happy to talk about what you need.
